When will my order ship?
Your order will ship the same day if the order is made before 3 p.m. eastern standard time. Any order placed during the weekend will be shipped out on Monday.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
With standard shipping it usually takes 2-5 business days via USPS/UPS. Orders are shipped the same day if your order is made before 3pm est time.
My shipment was marked delivered but it hasn't arrived.
Please send an email to email@example.com 24hrs after order shows as delivered, also check with shipping carrier.
I received the wrong item in my order?
If you received the wrong item in your order. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order#, tracking# and photo of incorrect item in order to send out the correct item.
How can I modify/cancel my order?
To modify or cancel an order please send an email to email@example.com with your order #.
My order arrived missing some items.
If your order arrived with items missing please send an email with order # to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can rearrange another order.
