Free Standard Shipping on orders over $40: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over 440. Orders shipped via standard shipping can be expected to arrive within 2-5 business days.

Tracking Products: Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS, depending on the information you provided during checkout. This confirmation email will contain your tracking number. To track your order, simply click on the link provided in the email or visit our website's "Track Your Order" page and enter your tracking number.

Lost/Stolen Packages: If you have not received your package within the expected delivery timeframe or if your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately at contact@byedryeyes.com. Our dedicated team will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. Once an item has been shipped, we are unable to update the shipping address. If you realize that your address is incorrect, we recommend contacting the carrier directly, such as USPS or UPS, to request an address change.

In the event that an incorrect address is provided, we will make an effort to contact you before shipping the order. If we receive no response within 48 hours, we will proceed with shipping the order to the address provided during checkout. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for orders shipped to an incorrectly inputted address.
